It seemed a tall order, getting the point across about HIV and Aids without mentioning the word condom. If the organisers of our voluntary education programme had their way we wouldn't even mention sex. As I sat, sweating, in the office of the National Council for Women and Development (NCWD) in the dusty village of Sunyani in Ghana I wondered if we could make any difference at all.
