Regional Agenda for Accelerating Universal Access to Sexual and Reproductive Health in the African Region: Intensified Monitoring for Action, 2011-2020

The World Health Organization Regional Office for Africa, in collaboration with World Health Organization Department of Reproductive Health and Research, the IBP Initiative and Partners invite you to join the upcoming discussion forum.

This virtual forum will explore ideas and create suggestions on what should be done so that the people in the African region could achieve the universal access to reproductive health. We encourage you to join this forum and share your thoughts and experiences.

During this forum you will receive two emails per day; one email to introduce the day’s questions and one daily digest of the contributions. Daily questions will focus on topic related to universal access to reproductive health, the Regional Reproductive Health Strategy (1998-2007) and improvements in capacity, availability, quality, sustainable mechanisms and advocacy.

Information gathered from this forum will be shared with our colleagues at the Regional Consultation in Nairobi, Kenya July 2011.

It is important to us that our French-speaking colleagues actively participate in this discussion. Please feel free to contribute in French and we will have the contribution translated by WHO staff. This may take several days so there may be a delay in the inclusion of the contribution in the digest. We will also try to prepare a brief summary of the day’s discussion in French.
