HIV/AIDS policy: Shall it absorb marginalised groups? PDF Print E-mail
The hitherto marginalised groups of people identified as being especially vulnerable to HIV/AIDS discrimination, appear to be gradually pushing their agenda into the National Strategic Framework for HIV/AIDS (2003-2009) in Botswana. The framework was obviously not crafted to include specific needs of these groups that include sex workers, intravenous drugs users, homosexuals, mobile populations, women, youths, and prison inmates.
