| At the Second Regional Meeting of Women Living with HIV/AIDS, organised by the Regional Secretariat of the International Community of Women living with HIV/AIDS (ICW Latina) and held in Buenos Aires from November 7 to 11, 2004, women from the National Chapters of the 17 countries currently belonging to ICW Latina came together and unanimously agreed to draw up this Declaration.
